    • Optimal results: up to 1 hour daily, which many students build toward gradually.

    You can break practice into brief moments before meetings, during a walk, or while winding down at night. And with 12 months of access, you’re free to slow the pace or revisit lessons whenever you need—no rush, no overwhelm.

    • A quiet space to sit or lie down

    • A phone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection (to stream the video lessons and join the live group sessions)
