The Breathing Reset is gentle and Buteyko-based, so it’s suitable for most healthy adults.
There are a few important exceptions:Not suitable during pregnancy (or if you think you might be).
Do not enrol if you have sickle-cell anaemia, an arterial aneurysm, kidney disease, a diagnosed brain tumour, very high uncontrolled blood-pressure, or you’ve had a heart attack / cardiac surgery / stent within the last three months.
If you live with diabetes, severe asthma/COPD, epilepsy, unstable blood-pressure, long-COVID complications, or any serious medical condition, please get your doctor’s OK first.
Always keep any prescribed rescue medication with you and practise gently—never force your breath.

Minimum commitment: roughly 30 minutes total per day. Think “little-and-often”—for example, six quick 5-minute practices spaced through your day.
Optimal results: up to 1 hour daily, which many students build toward gradually.
You can break practice into brief moments before meetings, during a walk, or while winding down at night. And with 12 months of access, you’re free to slow the pace or revisit lessons whenever you need—no rush, no overwhelm.
